WHO WE ARE

One technical partner from specification to operation.

Jiacheng Machinery designs and manufactures tissue and paper machine equipment, including Crescent Former tissue machines, corrugated paper machine systems, headboxes, rolls, doctor blade systems, dewatering elements and other line components.

Our work is project-specific. We review the intended paper grade, operating data and existing interfaces before defining a suitable scope. This keeps technical discussion connected to the customer's actual line.

HOW WE SUPPORT A PROJECT

Clear responsibilities. Practical communication.

01

Application engineering

We begin with paper grade, furnish, working width, production target and site conditions.

02

Machining & fabrication

Large-format machining, CNC work, fabrication and component preparation are coordinated in-house.

03

Assembly & inspection

Equipment interfaces, assembly condition and agreed inspection items are checked before delivery.

04

Project support

We support technical clarification, installation guidance, commissioning and follow-up.

MANUFACTURING APPROACH

Control the details that affect installation and operation.

Machining, fabrication, assembly and inspection are coordinated by one production team. For buyers, that means a direct path for confirming drawings, interfaces, materials and pre-shipment checks.
